For those living in houses which may be listed, architect designed or having historic features or construction we can offer policies that agree the re-building costs at the start of the cover and we can assist with calculating the value to be insured taking into account the special and individual features of each property.


Owners of such houses are, for the protection of their families and their homes, very security conscious and specialist insurance companies reflect this by not imposing restrictive policy conditions or warranties.

 


For overseas homes the policies may be extended to cover the holiday home with the cover on personal effects and valuables’ applying at whichever property is being used at any particular time thus avoiding any holes in the overall insurance protection for the household and family.
